Delivery Information
- Processing Time: In stock items are processed within 2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details. I aim to process custom and back orders within 7 days.
- Delivery Times: Standard first class delivery usually takes 2-3 business days within the UK. Please allow additional time during peak seasons.
- Delivery Charges: UK delivery is charged at £3.50 for orders under £50. I do not currently deliver outside the UK.
Returns Policy
I want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, I accept returns under the following terms:
- Return Period: You have 14 days from the delivery date to return an item.
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Non-returnable Items: Custom or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact me with your order details. Once approved, you will be sent the return details.
Refunds and Exchanges
- Refunds: Once I receive and inspect your return, I will notify you. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5 business days.
- Exchanges: If you’d like an exchange, please specify the item you want in exchange. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
