Welcome to Pebble & Ink

Hi, I’m Paula, owner and creator at Pebble & Ink. Everything you see on this website is made by me on a little table in the living room of my tiny two-up/two-down miner’s cottage in the far wild west of Cornwall.

I make whimsical, hand illustrated jewellery that celebrates nature, folk lore and the Cornish landscape. Every piece has a story behind it. Some are traditional tales, some are as simple as a conversation with a friend or someone who has had a chat with me at a market.

I sell at local events in Cornwall and via mail order. Gorget necklaces are added to my Etsy shop every time I produce a new collection. Pebble pendants, keyrings and pin badges are available at events. If there is something specific you are looking for give me a shout. I will happily look to see what I have in stock to post out.

These are my version of a gorget: a necklace that evolved from a piece of armour which protected the throat into a decorative piece.

A statement about your interests to help you find your tribe, or worn to remind yourself of your heart’s true path. A totem to protect your throat, to strengthen communication, self-expression and speaking your personal truth.
