Hi, my name is Paula and I am the artist, creator, website builder, stall holder and general dogsbody behind Pebble & Ink. I live in the far west of the UK in a small, mid-terrace miner’s cottage about 5 miles from Lands End in Cornwall.
Drawing and making has been a daily obsession throughout my half century (+ some years) on this spinning ball in space. I am inspired by animals, nature and stories; real stories and fictional stories and those which sit somewhere in-between.
I have a particular soft spot for folklore and mythology and how similar stories weave themselves throughout all cultures. I foster 3 cats for the Cinnamon Trust because I am too lazy to have a dog and, tbh, I really love cats.
